Black Friday 2025 deals on gadgets from Amazon, Apple, Bose and more are here at some of the lowest prices of the year – Yahoo! Tech
Let’s just admit the facts: Black Friday deals no longer start the day after Thanksgiving. As it’s been the past several years, early Black Friday deals are already in full force, with retailers dropping prices across the board on some of the biggest tech brands, including Apple, Samsung, PlayStation, Bose, Beats and more. Of course, the trick is knowing what’s actually worth snagging now versus what’ll get cheaper later — because the one thing worse than FOMO is buyer’s remorse.
I track tech prices daily, and I’ll keep this guide updated with genuinely good deals all season long. Think of it as your map through the holiday shopping chaos, because sometimes finding a real bargain can feel like finally unearthing the right charging cable in your junk drawer. I’ve noted where many of these are at or near their lowest prices of the year (if not ever) — they’re the ones worth jumping on ASAP.
The best early Black Friday tech deals
Thanks to AirTags, I can track my bags from drop-off to the plane to the luggage carousel. And even when the worst happens, and my bags end up in Orlando when I’m in Michigan (true story), I know where they are and how to find them. The price is very close to this four-pack’s record low.
“First, we bought one Apple AirTag for my husband’s wallet. Then we bought a second one for his car keys,” said this repeat buyer. “Now, we have a four-pack, which is cheaper, for our golf bags and checked roller bags.”

If you don’t like that feeling of having something wedged in your ear and don’t need active noise cancellation, these buds are the way to go. How are they different from the previous generation? The shorter stem gives them a cleaner look, and the new quick-press controls mean no more fumbling to pause your tunes or take a call. Plus, they fit better and stay put, so you won’t have to keep adjusting them while you’re at the gym or running to catch the train.
“I decided to upgrade from my AirPods 2 and I’m impressed!” a happy listener wrote. “Sound quality is great! Wow! They don’t feel like they’re going to fall out of my ears and [are] very comfortable.”

The Apple Watch Series 11 has barely been on shelves for a month, and it’s already seeing a rare, almost-$50 discount. That might not sound like much, but Apple gear rarely dips below MSRP this soon after launch.
The Series 11 builds on the previous model with a brighter, always-on display, a more scratch-resistant screen and improved sleep tracking. And you’re still getting all-day (up to 24 hours) battery life, 64GB of storage and the full suite of health and fitness sensors. If you’re coming from a Series 9 or earlier, these upgrades — plus the chance to save a little right out of the gate — make it worth a serious look.

Want your headphones to have better active noise cancellation? The new Pro 3s remove twice as much noise as the AirPods Pro 2, and they add live translation and a heart rate monitor. And now that they’ve dropped to $220, their lowest price ever, the time for waiting is over.
Plus, our Senior Tech Writer loves them. Check out his AirPods Pro 3 review.

Considering installing a USB-outlet? Consider this surge-protecting outlet instead. You get five outlets plus four more USB charging ports (three USB type A and one USB-C). Plus, it’ll screw into the center of your outlet so you don’t yank it off the wall every time you unplug something. Safe. Secure. Inexpensive. Not bad for $9.

Mario Kart is one of Nintendo’s most popular game series — and for good reason. Mario Kart World is the most expansive (and expensive) game yet and has received high marks since its June 2025 release. It’s also only available for the Switch 2, meaning it isn’t compatible with older Switch models. Sold separately, Mario Kart World costs $80, and the Switch 2 costs $450. When bought together, this bundle saves you $30. If you’re looking for a game that two people can play head-to-head (when connected to a TV), this one gets the job done with everything that comes in the box.

Unlike previous versions of the iconic buds, these AirPods feature active noise cancellation to block out nearly all ambient sound and background chatter. It’s a remarkable sensation. The first time I put them in my ears and turned on ANC, I was amazed at how well it worked.
The AirPods Pro 3 also feature ANC, utilizing silicone tips to form a seal in your ears, which not everyone likes. If you don’t like that feeling of having something wedged in your ear but still want ANC, this is the way to go.

USB-micro, USB-C, lightning. Keeping all of your cable organized when traveling can be a herculean task unless you snag one of these pouches. There’s room for every cable under the sun, plus card readers, chargers, power banks, you name it.
The newest iPad is an ultra-light, thin tablet that’s powerful enough to replace your laptop for most tasks but slips into your bag with room to spare. With a spacious 11-inch Liquid Retina display, you’re swiping and scrolling in vibrant color and sharpness that makes any screen that came before it feel like an old tube TV. It’s also our pick for the overall best iPad for most users.
Why? Well, this iPad is ready to keep up with whatever you throw its way. If you’ve got a habit of toggling among a dozen apps, streaming videos and replying to messages simultaneously, you’re in for a treat. And if you’re into gaming, the graphics capabilities mean you can play even demanding games without dropping a frame.

When you couldn’t care less about owning a physical library of games, the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition is here for you. The Digital Edition always retails for less than the disc version, but right now it’s even more appealing, after a 20% Black Friday price drop. It’s the best price this year by 9%, and this edition still has the same 1TB SSD, with blitz-worthy download speeds, haptic immersion and marvelous audio.
Instead of buying discs, a connection to the PlayStation store enables you to buy offline and download directly onto your machine. The downside is that you won’t have access to used games and some third-party game sales, but you’ll save money up front, especially right now. If you plan to shop for games through PlayStation’s store, this is a good pick. (And if you do want to add a disc drive later, you can buy a snap-on accessory.)

If you’re still rocking an older, non-smart TV, there’s no need to drop hundreds on an upgrade. Just plug this in and you’ll get access to thousands of apps, TV shows and movies.

Get up to 12 hours on a single charge with these comfy buds. When I first bought my home (many moons ago), I thought robot vacuums were for the wealthy. It wasn’t until I started tracking deals for a living that I realized how inexpensive (not to mention useful) an entry-level model can be.
This Lefant M210 has everything you need out of a robo vac, including two hours of runtime and an app that allows you to set things like schedule and runtime, so the only thing you have to remember to do is empty it (which I do with mine every morning).

If you’re guilty of being a little (or very) forgetful, an AirTag may just be that piece of tech you didn’t know you needed. It doesn’t feel or look too “techy.” In fact, it’s completely uncomplicated. Just attach it to whatever you tend to misplace often or need to keep track of, like your wallet, keys or luggage. You’ll always know where it is using the “Find My” app on your phone. It’s among our picks for the best Bluetooth trackers on the market.
“I use these for everything as a chronic misplacer,” a savvy shopper said. “My most recent purchase was for my cat’s collar because she hides all over the house. It provides great peace of mind!”

If you’re looking for the best tech item under $30, you’ve found it. For about the price of a movie ticket and a popcorn, the Fire TV Stick 4K offers quick and easy access to more content than you’ll ever be able to watch in a lifetime. We’re talking 1.5 million shows and movies at your fingertips. And right now, you can snag it for 50% off.
Don’t have a 4K TV? The HD version is also on sale.
This compact charger usually goes for $30, making this price a juicy $11 off. Compared to similar power banks, this is an absolute steal, especially for something with 10,000 mAh (that’s a lot). Need more convincing? It also made our list of the best power banks to buy in 2025.
Sure, it’s more fun to get a laptop or headphones during Black November, but it’s usually the practical purchases that make the biggest impact. There’s not an outlet in my home that isn’t filled, at least some of the time, with a lamp, appliance or charger — cameras, computers, phones — of some kind, so a power strip like this can be worth its weight in gold. This one not only has plugs on all sides, but it comes with four USB-ports so you can charge all of your electronics at once.

Open-ear headphones are all the rage, but they’re usually not cheap: Prices typically start over $100 and rise from there. Behold the pleasant surprise that is the Baseus Bass BC1, a cuff-style open-ear headphone. Comfy fit, decent sound, more bass than expected and a price tag of just $24.
Grab these before they jump back up to their already-pretty-amazing regular price of $40.

Best Black Friday Apple deals
Are traditional iPads a bit too cumbersome for your daily routine? The smaller, more approachable iPad mini may be right up your alley. At only 8.3 inches, it’s compact enough to hold with just one hand.
“A powerhouse in a compact form, designed for busy professionals and families who need both portability and performance,” wrote one erudite enthusiast. “Whether you’re managing work tasks, staying connected with loved ones, or entertaining the kids, this tablet handles it all effortlessly.”
Again, we’ve only ever seen it go for $20 less, and that was during Prime Day.
If a sleek design is at the top of your tablet wishlist, the iPad Air is the perfect fit. Equipped with Apple’s powerful M3 chip, it offers all-day battery life, a stunning 12-megapixel camera and a Liquid Retina display that makes movies and TV shows pop.
“The screen resolution is really beautiful,” wrote one impressed shopper. “It’s lighter in weight than my old one and a little thinner. The camera takes gorgeous pictures.”

More than 1,000 Amazon shoppers snapped up these earbuds in the past month, so calling them a customer favorite is an understatement (they’re sitting comfortably in my ears as I write this). They come with more features than you may expect given the tiny package: active noise cancellation, transparency mode, USB-C charging and a snug, customizable fit.
“The noise cancellation amazed me,” said this shopper. “I have a window A/C unit to cool my office, and when I put these in, I thought it turned off. It took me two or three times of taking them in and out of my ear to realize the headphones were eliminating the sound.”
While these are the older AirPods Pro models, they still offer excellent sounds, robust noise cancellation and — now — an all-time low price: $139 at Walmart.

If you’ve been hesitant to get into the Apple wearable game, this is the lowest entry point for a new Apple Watch. The 2023-released SE has everything you need, from trackers for your heart rate and steps to crash detection, and nothing you don’t. So if you’ve been waiting for an Apple Watch to go on sale, this deal is for you.
“The durability is outstanding. I was a bit careless and forgot the watch in my pants when I was doing laundry,” said a forgetful fan. “Luckily, after a 40-minute wash and a 50-minute dry on high heat, the watch worked perfectly fine.”
Named the best headphones for Apple die-hards by Yahoo Senior Tech Writer Rick Broida, these combine style and performance in a unique package (literally) — they come with a special magnetic carrying cover as opposed to a case.
“Best headphones ever,” an in-love listener remarked. “Recently had a root canal done and didn’t hear a thing (my dentist said that was a first in his experience). They cancel the noise I don’t want to hear, and provide superb sound for music I do want to hear.”
This souped-up smartwatch has a titanium case, a larger face than standard Apple Watches and functions as a fitness tracker, GPS and more. The best upgrade for me is battery life. You’ll get up to 36 hours, 72 if you’re in low battery mode.
“Not only is this thing a beast with battery life, [but] I am finding more features that I didn’t even know it had,” a shopper marveled.

This is the newest, most powerful iPad out there, and it comes with a price tag to match. Here’s what Senior Tech Writer Rick Broida had to say about it:
“Apple’s flagship tablet, available in 11- and 13-inch sizes, is overkill for most users, but it’s the one you want if you’re doing mission-critical work.
“The iPad Pro (M5) also has the fastest processor of any iPad, which won’t mean much for run-of-the-mill apps (Kindle, Calendar, etc.) but could prove very valuable if you’re editing video or working with massive documents. And don’t forget multitasking: If you frequently hop back and forth between multiple pro-level apps, you want all the processing power you can get.”

Now that the M5 MacBook Pro is out, the M4 no longer reigns as the most powerful laptop the Cupertino Company makes. Translation: Savings on a computer that can handle pretty much everything you can throw at it. It has a 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, one of the crispest in the entire MacBook lineup.
“This laptop will last a decade. The battery lasts forever. I do mild development work for my job, and this laptop is capable of handling all the Python code without issue,” said this snake handler. “This is perfect for students, professionals and more.”
Best Black Friday TV deals
It’s really hard to beat $60 for a smart TV — especially one that already has Fire TV built in, so you don’t have to spend even more on a streaming stick. This one’s 24 inches, which could be a perfect addition to your bedroom or even a smaller living space.
So the 32 inches here might not be filling up your wall, but it’s a great size for an office, guest room or garage. This one comes with Fire TV built-in, which means you can skip paying the $18 for a streaming stick, making this screen an even better deal.
Need a basic, smaller TV for the kitchen, kids’ rooms or guest room? This 32-incher gets the job done for under $90, and the built-in Roku TV operating system means it can stream nearly any app under the sun — just provide the Wi-Fi and relevant subscriptions.
For quality at a superb price, you can’t beat this Vizio deal. You’ll get sharp 4K resolution on a 50-inch screen — ideal for most home entertainment areas — and built-in access to all of your favorite apps and streamers via the Vizio OS. For $60 off, it’s a no-brainer.
Don’t need your TV to look like artwork? At 44% off, this Hisense TV deal is a great all-around pick if you need a solid, mid-sized living room TV at an all-time low price. Powered by a QLED panel, you’ll get colors that pop, making everything from sports to dramas and video games look great. It also includes support for every HDR format, so that means you’re prepared whether you need Dolby Vision or HDR 10.
If you need smart TV features, this set is powered by Amazon’s Fire TV OS, which comes with all of the entertainment apps you might need. Alexa is also just a button press away, allowing you to use voice controls for both the TV and any smart home gadgets you might have connected to Alexa.

A 65-inch smart TV for under $300? Yep, it’s real — and it’s glorious. This offering from Onn has 4K ultra-high definition and easy access to your favorite movies, shows, apps and more thanks to the built-in Roku interface. It even works with a variety of smart home setups, like Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
“If you dislike the idea of yet another monthly fee, you’ll be glad to know TCL doesn’t charge for art the way Samsung does,” says Yahoo Senior Tech Writer Rick Broida. “There’s no subscription here, just a robust collection of over 350 works of art … plus some cool extras.”

I’m not one to buy a new TV until my old one breaks, but this CanvasTV sure is tempting. Everyone I know who has used one, including many of my colleagues here at Yahoo, has nothing but good things to say about it, from the look to the included bezel and artwork that you have to pay extra for with other art TVs (cough, Samsung, cough). It’s currently priced just a few bucks higher than its lowest price ever. If 75 inches isn’t big enough for you, they go all the way up to 85.

Have you always wanted a TV bigger than a queen-sized mattress? This 98-incher from Samsung might just be the ticket, especially considering it costs less than two grand. Hundreds less. Just make sure you measure first. No matter how hard I try, this size TV won’t fit in my basement without me taking down walls. Speaking of walls, you’ll want to make sure you’ve found the studs if you’re mounting this, as it weighs 114 pounds.
Best Black Friday laptop and tablet deals
The Core i3 processor on this laptop isn’t winning any sprints, but the 16GB RAM keeps things smooth, and the touchscreen is great if you’re the type who instinctively taps screens and then pretends you meant to do that. (Guilty.)
It’s ideal for most work, school and, well, life stuff — practical without a punishing price tag. And the current price tag is the best we’ve seen.

A fast Chromebook is not something I’d expect to meet in the wild, and yet, here we are. The Intel Core i3 and 8GB RAM give you enough power to juggle a bunch of tabs without Chrome throwing a tantrum.
It’s perfect for anyone who wants the “it just works” simplicity of ChromeOS — minus the lag that usually tags along for the ride.
This is the “best bang for your buck” sleeper hit of this list. The Ryzen 5 processor outperforms older i7s, 16GB RAM is plenty for multitasking and the 1TB SSD is a chef’s kiss, especially for $500. This one should feel fast even with lots of tabs open — it’s one heck of a machine for a record-low price.

Beats Studio Buds are great if you want a basic set of noise-cancelling earbuds with some neat tricks. The earbuds support spatial audio, making you feel like you’re in the room where your music was recorded. They can also go for up to eight hours on a charge, with a total of 24 hours of battery life when combined with the case.
For $90, these are a great deal for a significant discount off their usual $150 price tag.
A few years back, I got what I thought was a screamin’ deal on earbuds. As an avid runner, I threw them in and hit the trails, but once I started sweating, the buds that fit perfectly in an office setting started slipping — and I spent the next 10 miles pushing them back into place. That’s when I switched to a pair built for movement, like these Beats Fit Pro.
They feature wings to keep them secure, no matter how hard you’re running, lifting or sweating. Add in six hours of playtime (plus 18 more with the case), active noise cancellation and seamless integration with Apple products (if that’s your ecosystem), and you’ve got a strong option at this now-discounted price.

These headphones pack some serious perks into a sleek, comfortable design. With Bose’s industry-leading noise-canceling tech, they’re perfect for shutting out distractions — ideal for everything from a long flight to some peace and quiet at home. Bose is known for its balanced, rich sound, delivering deep bass and clear highs that make any playlist shine.
Plus, they’re built for both durability and comfort, with plush ear cushions and a fit that’s easy on the ears, even during long listening sessions. You’ll get up to 24 hours of battery life, with quick charging for when you’re in a pinch. Add in Bluetooth connectivity and intuitive touch controls and these headphones are a top choice.

These headphones were Sony’s best of the best as recently as this year, making them a great value with only modest compromises. This model has been succeeded by the WH-1000XM6, but it was incredibly popular with users and remains so even now. It offers robust ANC (active noise-cancelling), touch controls, wear detection and a battery that’s good for up to 30 hours on a charge.
I love listening to music or a podcast while I run or ride, but staying aware of my surroundings is what keeps me safe. That’s why open-ear earbuds have become so popular lately — they let you enjoy great sound without tuning out the world around you. Yahoo Tech Senior Writer Rick Broida even named these the best clip-on open-ear headphones with spatial audio.
The Ultra Open Earbuds come in ten stylish colors (including Moonstone Blue, Sunset Iridescent and Midnight Violet), and at the current sale price of $199, they’re tough to pass up.

Want to own a pair of headphones that made it to Oprah’s favorite things? And for $200+ off to boot? The Beats Studio Pro headphones are some of the best cans you can get your hands on, sporting up to 40 hours of battery life and excellent noise cancellation.
Sound quality is pretty great as well, with reviewers consistently praising it across different genres. They even have some audiophile cred thanks to the ability to listen to lossless audio via a USB-C connection.

If you’re after the absolute best listening experience, these are the Bose headphones for you. Take everything you love about the Bose QuietComfort — industry-leading noise cancellation, ergonomic design and incredible sound quality — and turn it up to 11. Your music won’t just sound like it’s coming from the headphones; it’ll feel like it’s all around you, fully enveloping you wherever you are, whether on a plane, train or in your very own listening room (I’ve always wanted a listening room).

Black Friday FAQs
When is Black Friday this year?
Black Friday always falls on the day after Thanksgiving, which this year is Friday, Nov. 28. It used to be a one-day event, but these days, anyone calling it a single-day sale is either lying or completely out of touch. Most major retailers will roll out discounts weeks in advance — think of it as “Black November.” That means you’ll want to start keeping tabs on prices now, and who knows? You might be done with all of your holiday shopping before the turkey coma hits.
Does Black Friday have deals on everything?
Not necessarily everything, but pretty dang close. We’re already seeing close to record-low prices on TVs, laptops and headphones, and it’s common to see gaming consoles and appliances go on sale too.
Does every store have a sale?
Pretty much. The usual suspects — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Wayfair, The Home Depot — will all go big. Smaller brands often join in too, though some do it quietly (think: an unadvertised 20% off code hidden at checkout). Others, like REI, make a point to not have a sale with the rest of them, instead opting for earlier sales. The point is, if you’re shopping online at all this fall, there’s no excuse to pay full price.
How to shop Black Friday like a pro
-
Have a plan (or even better, a spreadsheet): Ever end up overspending while grocery shopping when you don’t have a list? Me too. Don’t wait until the week of Thanksgiving (or later) to decide what to buy. Create a wishlist and track prices starting now. Once that dream TV, laptop or pair of noise-cancelling headphones drops to a real all-time low, jump on it — good deals don’t linger.
-
Do your homework: Don’t rely on a single retailer. In most cases, it pays to shop around. Case in point: This past October Prime Day, Amazon had almost every single Apple device on sale, except for the brand new AirPods Pro 3, which were $249 at most retailers. I found them on sale at Sam’s Club, which isn’t usually first on my list when it comes to tech shopping (though the chain remains my favorite for $5 rotisserie chicken). Prices also tend to fluctuate, so don’t assume the first small markdown you see is the best one.
-
Be skeptical: Here’s a dirty little secret: Some “sales” aren’t really sales. Retailers bump prices before big events so the discount looks steeper. Web tools like Honey or CamelCamelCamel can show you price history (to see if that 95% off gadget has ever sold at MSRP), but if you don’t feel like going full spreadsheet mode, I’ll be doing that work for you all month long — rounding up legit deals, not the fake ones.
