In Gauteng, the forecast indicates fine weather that will be cool overall, with warmer temperatures in the northern areas. Pretoria is expected to see temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C, while Johannesburg and Vereeniging will experience lows of 8°C and 5°C, respectively, generating highs of 23°C and 23°C throughout the day.
Mpumalanga’s weather will vary, with the Highveld experiencing morning frost in some areas. As the day progresses, conditions are expected to remain fine and cool, though warmer temperatures can be anticipated in the Lowveld. Similarly, the North West province will see comfortable conditions, with Klerksdorp and Mahikeng recording highs of 24°C and 25°C, respectively.
Across the Free State, weather patterns will mirror those of the North West, with Bloemfontein enjoying highs of 24°C following early morning temperatures of 6°C. The Northern Cape is also expected to experience predominantly fine weather, though areas near the coast may see morning fog. Wind conditions along the coast will vary from light to moderate throughout the day.
Finally, the Western Cape is set to experience morning fog but will have a largely partly cloudy day. Cooler conditions will prevail in the interior, while warmer temperatures are expected along the west coast. Citizens in KwaZulu-Natal should prepare for a mix of cloudy to partly cloudy weather, along with morning fog and scattered showers.
