Film studios will be jointly managed by Josh Greenstein and Dana Goldberg, a critical role as the merged entity is bound to an ambitious commitment of releasing 32 films annually within two years. Meanwhile, George Cheeks will maintain oversight of television operations, encompassing both linear channels and studio production, which continue to hold significant influence and viewership.
