Bandai Namco Announces My Hero Academia: All’s Justice for Switch 2

In an anticipated move for gaming enthusiasts, Bandai Namco has officially confirmed the upcoming release of “My Hero Academia: All’s Justice” for the Nintendo Switch 2, with a launch date set for September 4, 2026. Announced this week, this adaptation of the popular anime’s “Final War” storyline adds to an already diverse portfolio of platforms that include the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam, where the title debuted earlier this year.

According to a media source, the Switch 2 version will support a resolution of 1080p in both handheld and docked modes. However, it is noteworthy that while the other console versions will run at an impressive 60 frames per second, the Switch 2 will be limited to “up to” 30fps, potentially raising concerns among players about performance discrepancies among platforms.

The allure of “My Hero Academia: All’s Justice” lies in its action-packed combat, derived from the anime’s narrative arcs, where players can engage in intense battles employing the unique Quirks of both heroes and villains. Bandai Namco promises that this release will not only reiterate the series’ key combat experiences but also introduce exclusive features tailored for the Switch 2. One of these features includes the introduction of multiplayer battles through GameShare, enhancing the social aspect of gameplay.

The deluxe edition offers a season pass with five additional playable characters set to be released shortly after launch. For early adopters, exclusive offers will include playable characters “Izuku Midoriya Rising” and “All For One Chaos,” along with 30,000 hero coins—currency for in-game purchases and activities.
