Braden Peters, known online as the “looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular, has become embroiled in serious legal issues following revelations of charges against him that include rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor. These charges stem from an incident reported to have occurred during a livestream on May 23, 2025. Court documents obtained by a media source indicate that these allegations were formally filed in a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8. Peters’ arraignment is scheduled for October 14.

This case is particularly notable given Peters’ previous legal troubles, which include charges related to the unlawful discharge of a firearm after he was filmed shooting an alligator in the Florida Everglades. Peters has characterized that incident as obeying the guidance of a licensed airboat professional and has claimed that no one or no animals were harmed during the event.
