Individuals with documented losses as a result of the November 2024 breach are eligible for up to $3,500 per settlement class member, according to the settlement website. Claims submitted without documentation will be eligible for an estimated $75 payout.

Affected individuals who do not want to be part of the settlement and retain the right to file their own lawsuit must exclude themselves by June 6, 2026, which is also the date for anyone who wishes to file an objection.
