VIDEO: Baltimore bakery truck struck by plane in New Jersey – WBFF

(WBFF) — A bakery truck that left Baltimore was struck by an airplane in New Jersey, and the entire moment was caught on dashcam video, according to the owner of Baltimore-based H&S Bakery.
Chuck Paterakis, senior vice president of Transportation & Logistics and co-principal at the company, said the truck is part of Schmidt Bakery, which operates under the H&S Family of Bakeries.
He said the driver had departed from Baltimore and was headed to a company depot in New Jersey, just off the New Jersey Turnpike near Newark Liberty International Airport, when the incident happened.
The driver suffered minor injuries caused by broken glass, Paterakis said.

FOX45 News reached out to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which confirmed that a United Airlines flight was approaching Newark Liberty International Airport when it struck a light pole on the New Jersey Turnpike around 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 3.
The Boeing 767, arriving from Venice, Italy, landed safely, according to the FAA.
